About Maple Farm

Maple Farm was built by Dr. Fink of Philadelphia as a quiet countryside retreat. Years later his daughter opened the doors to the public offering skilled nursing to the local community. Today, operated as a Garden Spot Community, Maple Farm is honored to offer the person-centered model of skilled nursing fashioned at Garden Spot Village, a unique model of service that has gained global recognition.

Maple Farm Approach

Maple Farm takes a different approach to nursing care. When do you want to wake up? What would you like for breakfast? Would you like to spend some time in the garden or join your friends in the great room? Your choices matter to us, because we know they matter to you.

Our approach is a reflection of our mission. Maple Farm is honored to be a Garden Spot Community.

Founded on faith in 1990, Garden Spot Communities is a licensed, non-profit provider of innovative housing and lifestyle services. Inspired by the life of Jesus, we cultivate vibrant community for purposeful living.
